Combine flour, sugar, chopped chocolate, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon in a medium size bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir to mix.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9 inch (18 cm) pie plate. Sprinkle over with nuts or pecans.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out with some pieces clinging to it.
Cut in wedges and serve with a scoop of ice cream or with whipped cream.
