    WARM CHOCOLATE BROWNIE     

   Ingredients :
 
2 ¾ cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup chopped semisweet chocolate
¼ cup cocoa
Pinch of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ chopped nuts or pecans

   Preparation:

Combine flour, sugar, chopped chocolate, cocoa, cinnamon, baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon in a medium size bowl. Add eggs and oil and stir to mix.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9 inch (18 cm) pie plate. Sprinkle over with nuts or pecans.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out with some pieces clinging to it. Cut in wedges and serve with a scoop of ice cream or with whipped cream.

Preparation and Cooking time: 40 minutes
        6 – 8 servings
