Place passion fruit in the blender and pulse blender two or three times to separate seeds from pulp. Strain juice and rinse blender.
Return juice to blender, add condensed milk and heavy cream and blend again. Stir in gelatin dissolved in hot water and warmed. Transfer to a bowl or individual ramekins or cups. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preparation time: 20 minutes + 1 hour in the refrigerator
