Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserved
Combine cherry tomatoes, olives, cheese, basil, parsley and lemon peel in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan.
Toss cooked hot pasta with the tomato, olive and basil mixture. Add warm olive oil with garlic and season to taste. Add butter cubes and mix to combine.
