Combine flour, salt, egg white and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl. Combine thoroughly until mixed. Place whipped egg whites in another bowl.
Heat oil in a large skillet until hot.
Introduce cheese cut in ¾ inch (1 ½ cm) thick slices and in ½ x 2 inch long pieces (1 cm x 5 cm) pieces into flour mixture until coated. Dip into whipped egg whites
To coat cheese sticks completely.
Fry in hot oil until golden. Remove from skillet and transfer to paper towel to drain.
Serve immediately alone or with fresh tomato sauce.
