    KIWICHA SOL     

   Ingredients :
 
5 ½ oz (150 g) kiwicha
1 lb 2 oz (1/2 k) oranges
2 tablespoons arrowroot
arrowroot¼ teaspoon vanilla

   Preparation:

Rinse the kiwicha, place it in a medium size pan with water and bring to a boil. Add orange juice and sugar. Stir and gradually add arrowroot to slightly thicken. Finally add vanilla extract and serve.
