6 chicken breast fillets (3 whole chicken breasts), boneless and skinless
¾ cup honey
1/3 cup mustard (Dijon if possible)
½ cup melted butter
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Mix honey, mustard, melted butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in greased ovenproof baking dish. Pour honey mixture over chicken.
Bake in preheated oven to 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting frequently with the sauce.
