Dressing: Whisk together in a medium size bowl: sesame seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Season to taste. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour. This dressing may be prepared in the blender.
Salad: Combine spinach leaves, strawberries, nuts and ricotta cheese in a large bowl. Transfer to a salad bowl.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes and toss with dressing before serving.
Optional:
Add chopped banana and sprinkle fried bacon bits.
