Soak wheat in water for ˝ hour. Wash well and drain.
Place wheat in pan and cover with water and cook. Drain and discard water.
Heat oil in pan and sauté onion, garlic, ají and tomato. Cook and season.
Add bouillon cube and bring to a boil for a few minutes.
Add wheat, stirring. Finally add milk, cheese and chopped cilantro.
Correct seasoning.
Serve with white rice.
