In a large bowl, stir together the pineapple, pears, apples, strawberries, kiwi fruit, grapes and oranges.
In a small bow, stir together the yogurt and sour cream.
In a serving bowl, place ½ cup of the broken cookies. Spoon one fourth of the fruit mixture on top. Cover with one fourth of the yogurt mixture.
Repeat, layering the cookies, fruit and yogurt mixtures. Garnish with additional broken cookies over last layer of yogurt mixture.
Serve immediately.
If you plan to prepare it in advance, dip the apples and pears in diluted lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
