MANJARMOYA / Cherimoya Dessert
Ingredients :
2 large cherimoyas or 3 medium size ones
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 cup
manjarblanco
Preparation:
Peel cherimoyas, seed and cut in 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
Whip cream, add sugar and continue whipping until soft peaks are formed.
Lower the speed and add manjarblanco. Mix.
Add cherimoya and mix thoroughly.
More sugar can be added, if desired.
Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
