    CHOCOLATE MOUSSE     

   Ingredients :
 
5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
7 oz (200 g) semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup chantilly cream (to garnish)

   Preparation:

Melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until thickened and cream colored.

Add melted chocolate, folding carefully.

Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into egg mixture.

Transfer to a deep bowl and decorate with chantilly cream.
