Melt butter in a frying pan and add garlic. Cook 2 or 3 minutes and add shrimps with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until shrimps are cooked. Remove shrimps from pan.
In a bowl, combine together, yogurt, mayonnaise (optional), chili, cucumber, dill, green onion, paprika and season.
Cook pasta in salted water until just done. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
Combine pasta with yogurt mixture. Add shrimps and garlic.
If necessary more yogurt can be added.
Serve cold.
