    PASTA WITH SHRIMP, YOGURT AND DILL     

   Ingredients :
 
1 lb ( ˝ k) pasta (rottele, penne, farfalle, fusilli)
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb (˝ k) shrimps, shelled and deveined
Salt
Black pepper
1 ľ cup natural yogurt
˝ cup mayonnaise (optional)
1 ají amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili) chopped finely
1 cucumber skinned, seeded and diced
3 tablespoons dill, minced
4 green onion stalk chopped (green and white part)
˝ teaspoon paprika

   Preparation:

Melt butter in a frying pan and add garlic. Cook 2 or 3 minutes and add shrimps with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until shrimps are cooked. Remove shrimps from pan.

In a bowl, combine together, yogurt, mayonnaise (optional), chili, cucumber, dill, green onion, paprika and season.

Cook pasta in salted water until just done. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.

Combine pasta with yogurt mixture. Add shrimps and garlic.

If necessary more yogurt can be added.

Serve cold.
