Grease a removable bottom pan 12 in (24 cm.). Butter one side of bread with butter. Line pan with bread, buttered side towards pan, first bottom and then sides, overlapping the slices.
Combine eggs and cream. Season. Add cheese and cooked vegetables, tomatoes and parsley.
Fill lined mold and bake in over 380°F (190°C), for 30 minutes or until tester comes clean, when inserted. Remove from oven.
With a metal spatula or knife separate bread from pan. Remove sides and serve. |
