    TOMATO MARMALADE     

   Ingredients :
 
3 lb (1.400 k) tomatoes
1 orange
½ lemon
1 ½ lb sugar
Peeled tomatoes

   Preparation:

Cut tomatoes in pieces. Cut orange and lemon in very thin slices, discarding the seeds. Add to the tomatoes with the sugar.

Cook slowly 3 hours, stirring to prevent sticking.
