BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    2 cups sugar
    1 ¾ cup undiluted evaporated milk
    4 tablespoons butter

  Preparation:

Melt butter with sugar over low heat until it has a caramel color. Gradually, add milk while stirring. Continue stirring until mixture has a sauce consistency.

Preparation time: 30 minutos
