WARM PASTA SALAD WITH TOMATOES, OLIVES AND WHITE CHEESE   
  Ingredients :
    1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    ½ cup black olives, pitted and halved
    1 cup fresh white cheese (farmer´s cheese), cubed
    3 tablespoons basil leaves, medium size pieces
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon lemon peel
    1 lb (500 g) pasta (farfalle or similar)
    ¼ cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    4 – 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserved Combine cherry tomatoes, olives, cheese, basil, parsley and lemon peel in a bowl.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan.
Toss cooked hot pasta with the tomato, olive and basil mixture. Add warm olive oil with garlic and season to taste. Add butter cubes and mix to combine.

Preparation time: 40 minutes
