BAKED FISH FILLETS WITH CHEESE   
  Ingredients :
    4 fish fillets
    Instant mashed potatoes
    Butter, the necessary amount
    1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 white onions, cut julienne style
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Prepare mashed potatoes as indicated in the box. It must have a thick consistency. Spread mashed potatoes to cover the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese on top and cover with the onion. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper and arrange on top. Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake in preheated moderate oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish is cooked.
