HOT SAUCE FOR BARBEQUE   
  Ingredients :
    1 lb 2 oz (1/2 k) onion, finely chopped
    1 lb 2 oz (1/2 k) tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
    9 oz (1/4 k) garlic, finely chopped
    8 rocoto/ red hot pepper, seeded and deveined, chopped
    ½ cup parsley leaves, chopped
    1 ¼ oz (30 g) oregano leaves
    6 teaspoons salt
    1½ bottle ketchup
    1 cup oil
    ½ cup vinegar

  Preparation:

Finely chop all ingredients and mix to combine. Place in a container to marinate. Refrigerate.
