MARINATED ARTICHOKE APPETIZERS   
  Ingredients :
    4 oz (120 g) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, dried and chopped
    ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
    3 – 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
    3 – 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
    Salt
    Baguette bread cut in slices

  Preparation:

Place artichoke hearts with parmesan cheese and onion in a bowl. Add mayonnaise to form a thick spread. Top bread slices with artichoke spread and place them on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven until spread is hot and lightly browned..
