SHRIMP WRAPPED IN PROSCIUTTO WITH GARLIC SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    20 thin slices of prosciutto
    20 basil leaves
    20 large size shrimp, peeled and deveined
    20 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
    Salt

    Garlic Sauce:
    1/3 cup wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 cup olive oil

  Preparation:

Place 1 slice prosciutto on a horizontal surface. Place 1 basil leaf at one end of the prosciutto and arrange 1 shrimp on top of the basil leaf. Roll shrimp in prosciutto and thread on a skewer. Repeat with remaining prosciutto, basil and shrimp and set aside.

Broil in preheated oven, turning frequently until shrimp is tender or opaque in center, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
Serve hot with garlic sauce.

Garlic Sauce:
Combine vinegar, mustard and garlic in the blender. Gradually add olive oil (as for mayonnaise). Season to taste. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with shrimps.
