COLESLAW WITH YOGURT DRESSING   
  Ingredients :
    ½ cup plain low fat yogurt
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon water
    2 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1 large cabbage thinly sliced (approximately 6 cups)
    4 medium size carrots, shredded
    1 thinly sliced red onion
    ½ teaspoon dill, finely chopped

  Preparation:

Combine together, in a large bowl, yogurt, mustard, water, mayonnaise and lemon juice.Add remaining ingredients, tossing to combine well. Season with salt and pepper.Coleslaw can be prepared 1 day ahead and chilled covered.
