CABBAGE AND GRAPE SALAD   
  Ingredients :
    4 cups raw cabbage, cut julienne
    ¾ cup green grapes, seeded
    ½ cup nuts, coarsely chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise, seasoned with key lime juice, mustard, salt and pepper
    1 tablespoon white vinegar

  Preparation:

Wash cabbage, drain and refrigerate in a colander.

Combine vinegar with mayonnaise. Correct seasoning.

Before serving, combine cabbage with mayonnaise, nuts and grapes. Save some nuts to sprinkle on top.
