STRAWBERRIES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE
Ingredients :
1 lb 2 oz) large strawberries, rinsed with leaves, if possible
Bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
Melt Chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave. Once chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and cool for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Dry strawberries with paper towel and dip them in melted chocolate.
Place them on aluminium foil and refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Serve.
