PIŅA COLADA   
  Ingredients :
    2 ounces golden rum
    2 ounces coconut cream
    4 ounces pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
    2 or 3 ice cubes
    Fresh Pineapple
    Maraschino cherry

  Preparation:

Pour rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker or a blender. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass with ice.
Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
