STRAWBERRIES IN WINE

Ingredients :

2 pints (1 k) strawberries, cleaned and rinsed

¾ cups sugar, or more

¾ cups wine (red, white or campagne) or to taste

Preparation:

Split or slice strawberries. Stir in sugar and wine. Marinate for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
