MUSHROOMS WITH HERBS AND WHITE WINE   
  Ingredients :
    2 lb 4 oz (1 k) fresh mushrooms, cleaned
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Basil leaves, chopped
    Dry sage leaves, chopped
    Dry thyme leaves, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    4 tablespoons chives, chopped (leave some for decoration)
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place mushrooms in the skillet and add basil, thyme and sage. Cook for 10 minutes, approximately, stirring frequently.
Add wine and garlic to mushrooms and continue cooking until most of the wine has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and stir chives.
Cook 1 minute more and serve. Sprinkle chives on top.
