BROCCOLI CREAM   
  Ingredients :
    2.2 lb broccoli
    3 tablespoons butter
    3 cups non-fat milk
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Cook broccoli in salted water until crisp tender. Drain water and discard. Blend or process broccoli with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Decorate with broccoli or croutons and serve hot.
