LETTUCE, PARMESAN AND NUT SALAD   
  Ingredients :
    2 – 3 lettuce, leaves torn into medium size pieces
    1 cup seedless grapes, halved
    1 cup nuts, cut in medium size pieces
    Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
    1 apple with skin, cut in thin wedges, rubbed with lemon juice

    Dressing:
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    3 tablespoons honey
    4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    8 tablespoons olive oil
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    4 tablespoon hot water
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Combine lettuce with halved grapes, nuts, and parmesan cheese. Arrange apple wedges on top.

Dressing:
Pour half of dressing and toss salad, 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with remaining dressing in a sauceboat.
