SHRIMP COCKTAIL   
  Ingredients :
    1 lb 10 oz ( ¾ k) cooked shrimp, peeled
    3 – 4 tablespoons, ketchup
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1 ½ cup mayonnaise
    ½ tablespoon cognac
    Lemon juice, to taste
    Lettuce leaves, for decoration
    1 – 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cut in wedges
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Combine mayonnaise with ketchup and heavy cream in a bowl. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, lemon juice and cognac. Combine and correct seasoning. Place a lettuce leaf on each plate and top with shrimp mixture. Decorate with avocado and top with a shrimp tail.
