FIVE MINUTE ICE CREAM   
  Ingredients :
    10 ½ oz (300 g) strawberries or any other fruit, chopped and frozen
    ¾ cup sugar (or to taste)
    2 cups heavy cream

  Preparation:

Process or blend strawberries or frozen fruit with sugar until roughly chopped. With the processor or blender running, gradually add heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Serve immediately, or freeze up to one week.
