FRUIT AND YOGURT CUPS   
  Ingredients :
    2 cups plain natural yogurt
    1 cup diced mango
    1 cup chopped cactus pear
    1 cup sliced star fruit
    1 cup sliced plums
    Sugar or honey to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves (extra mint leaves for decoration)

  Preparation:

Place yogurt in a bowl and add fruit and chopped mint leaves. Mix well. If necessary sweeten with sugar or honey.
Transfer to glass Martini cups or glasses and refrigerate until cold.
Before serving garnish with a mint leaf.
