SPICY COCONA   
  Ingredients :
    6 coconas, halved, seeded and chopped
    3 large red onions, chopped or cut into julienne
    2 fresh yellow ají (chili), seeded and deveined, chopped
    6 cilantro sprigs
    Oil, the necessary amount
    Lemon juice, to taste
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Sprinkle a few drops of lemon to chopped cocona to prevent the fruit from darkening.
Mix with onions and chopped ají.
Add cilantro and mix with the necessary amount of oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
