Ingredients :
    1/3 cup sugar
    cup cocoa
    cup water
    2 oz (60 g) semi sweet chocolate, chopped


Combine sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan. Add water and chopped chocolate and cook over medium heat, stirring, until chocolate melts.
Cook over very low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
This sauce may be kept in the refrigerator and served at room temperature.
        Yields: 1 cup
