LETTUCE, CAULIFLOWER AND BACON SALAD   
  Ingredients :
    Dressing:
    1 cup mayonnaise
    ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons sugar

    Salad:
    10 oz (300g) lettuce leaves or mixed lettuce
    ½ shredded carrot
    ½ cup cauliflower florets
    ½ cup bacon, browned until crisp and chopped
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:
Dressing:
Combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and sugar in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight. Stir again just before serving.

Salad:
Hand cut lettuce into medium pieces and combine with parmesan cheese, carrot, cauliflower and bacon. Toss with chilled dressing just before serving.
