FISH OR TUNA BURGER   
  Ingredients :
    12 oz (360 g) canned tuna, drained and shredded or cooked fish, shredded
    ½ fresh bread crumbs
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    ½ cup onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    ¼ cup celery, finely chopped (optional)
    1 tablespoon red pepper, seeded and deveined, chopped (optional)
    1 tablespoon lemon juice, approximately
    Dry bread crumbs, toasted
    Salt
    Pepper
    Vegetable oil

  Preparation:

Combine tuna, fresh bread crumbs and the eggs in a bowl. Add onion, red pepper, celery, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Knead mixture to combine. Shape 4 burgers and dredge them in dry breadcrumbs to cover.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry burgers until golden. Turn them over and fry until golden.
