HAM, GOAT CHEESE AND DRY TOMATOES SANDWICHES   
  Ingredients :
    2 ciabatta rolls, halved horizontally or 4 white or wheat bread slices
    Dry tomatoes, the necessary amount
    4 thin ham slices
    Cream cheese or goat cheese for spreading
    Basil leaves
    Lettuce leaves
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Soak tomatoes in warm water until soft, drain and cut into medium pieces. Marinate with olive oil and salt.
Rinse and dry basil leaves.

Place bread on a horizontal surface and spread goat or cream cheese on the bottom part and place lettuce leaves on top. Cover lettuce with ham (2 per sandwich) and arrange tomatoes and basil leaves on top. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil. Spread goat or cream cheese on the upper bread and cover. Serve.
