  Ingredients :
    10 green bananas, (as for plantains chips)
    2 tablespoons shortening
    9 oz ( ¼ k) chicharrones (fried pork meat)
    Salt

  Preparation:

Prepare the chicharrones (fried pork meat) and shred the meat. Bake the bananas in the oven until cooked. Mash bananas with a fork until a purée is formed.
Mix with the meat and add shortening. Season with salt.
