GINGER TEA   
  Ingredients :
    1 - 2 tablespoons honey
    2-3 fresh ginger root slices 3 mm. (0.11 in) thick
    1 oz orange juice (half orange)
    ½ oz lemon juice (half lemon)

  Preparation:

Rinse, peel, and thinly slice ginger root.
Transfer slices to a small bowl and coarsely mash them with a fork. Stir in honey with the orange and lemon juice.
Pour boiling water into the bowl and cover it to keep the aromatic ingredients in the tea. Steep for a couple of minutes before serving.

Note: Scrape away the gingers peel with the tip of a spoon or vegetable peeler.
