TARRAGON SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    25 g (1 tbs) of light margarine
    25 g (1 tbs) of flour
    1 cup of chicken soup
    2/3 cup of light milk
    2 tbs of tarragon vinegar
    2 tbs of mustard
    50 g of low-calorie cheese
    Tarragon sprigs very finely cut
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Melt margarine at low heat. Add flour and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add gradually chicken soup, milk and vinegar.
Cook in low heat, stirring, for 3 minutes until cooked. Add tarragon, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper.

Perfect sauce for all kinds of meat.
