FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOLD   
  Ingredients :
    8 oz (1 cup – 220 g) butter
    ¾ cup cocoa powder
    1 cup white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup graham crackers in medium size pieces
    1 cup meringue in small pieces
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup raisins

  Preparation:

Melt butter over low heat. Add cocoa and mix.

Beat eggs with sugar and combine with cocoa mix. Transfer to a bowl.

Add crackers, raisins, meringue pieces and pecans. Mix well.

Line a loaf pan with plastic film and pour mixture into pan. Freeze 4 hours.

Two or three hours before serving transfer to the refrigerator.

Unmold before serving, remove plastic film and garnish with chopped pecans on top.
