EGGNOG   
  Ingredients :
    6 eggs
    1 cup confectioners sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup evaporated milk
    ½ cup 90° alcohol

  Preparation:

Blend all ingredients, except alcohol, for 2 minutes.

Add alcohol and blend 1 more minute.

Keep in a covered bottle or jar for 3 to 8 days in the refrigerator.
