Ingredients :
    2 lb (1 k) yucca (cassava) peeled and cooked
    4 cups milk
    Sugar to taste (1 or 2 cups)
    1 cinnamon stick
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    Ground cinnamon


Blend or process yucca with milk. Strain and combine with rest of milk.

Pour yucca mixture into a heavy bottom pan together with the cinnamon stick and bring to a boil, at moderate heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.

Remove from fire and cool to lukewarm. Add eggs and combine. Return to medium heat and continue stirring until thickened.

Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
