WENDY´S CHOCOLATE TORTE   
  Ingredients :
    3 cups cake flour
    1 ˝ cup oil
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 ˝ cups sugar
    1 cup cocoa powder
    2 ˝ teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup manjarblanco
    1 cup chocolate fudge

  Preparation:

Combine milk with vinegar. Set aside.

Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda together.

Add milk, vanilla and eggs stirring well after each addition.

Add sugar. Stir.

Pour into a greased and floured round, 10-inch baking pan (26 cm). Line bottom of mold with greased and floured parchment paper in order to unmold easily.

Bake in preheated oven 350° F (175° C) for 45 minutes.

Unmold cold. Cut in half lengthwise and fill with manjarblanco.

Cover with chocolate fudge and decorate with fresh strawberries.
