TROUT FILLET WITH SOUR CREAM AND CUCUMBER SAUCE
Ingredients :
½ cup cucumbers, peeled and chopped
½ cup sour cream
½ cup low calorie yogurt
½ teaspoon lemon rind
½ teaspoon dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
4 trout fillets
Preparation:
Combine cucumbers with sour cream, yogurt, lemon rind, lemon juice and dill. Mix well and reserve.
Season trout with salt and pepper. Bake fillets in a slightly greased baking pan at 400 °F (200 °C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove from oven.
Serve with sour cream and cucumber sauce over it.
