FETTUCCINI IN CREAMY NUT SAUCE   
  Ingredients :
    2 lb (1 k) fettucini
    8 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon sage
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    3 cups nuts, chopped
    14 oz (400 g) cream cheese
    1 ˝ cup grated parmesan cheese
    ˝ cup cream or evaporated milk

  Preparation:

Melt butter and sauté garlic. Add chopped sage.

Add nuts and brown 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from fire.

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain.

Add cream cheese, milk or cream to nut mixture and heat sauce.

Combine with fettucini. Combine parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
