GAZPACHO   
  Ingredients :
    6 8 ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded
    1 cucumber, peeled
    1 red pepper
    3 garlic cloves
    4 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Diced tomatoes to serve with soup
    Diced onion to serve with soup
    Diced cucumber to serve with soup
    Diced hard boiled egg to serve with soup

  Preparation:

Chop and blend tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and garlic. Season.

Strain and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve cold, in soup bowls. Serve with diced vegetables.
