ONION SOUP   
  Ingredients :
    3 large white onions, cut in thin slices
    3 cups beef bouillon
    2 teaspoons beef extract
    Salt
    Black pepper
    3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  Preparation:

Place onion in a heavy bottom pan together with the bouillon and extract. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and cook during 30 minutes. Remove from fire.

Serve in soup bowls and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serve immediately.
