TUNA SAUCE FOR APPETIZERS   
  Ingredients :
    8 oz (210 g) canned tuna
    1 cup tomato, skinned, seeded, finely chopped
    ½ cup red pepper, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
    ½ cup green onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and place in a small cup or ramekin.

Serve with melba toasts or crackers as an appetizer.
