CHICKEN WITH CINNAMON AND HONEY   
  Ingredients :
    4 chicken legs
    3 teaspoons lemon juice, approximately
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    2 tablespoons honey
    ¾ tablespoons ground cinnamon
    Salt
    Pepper

  Preparation:

Boil 4 cups water in a saucepan. When boiling add onion and chicken legs. Season with salt, lower heat, and cook until just tender. Remove skin from chicken.

Combine honey with cinnamon and season with salt and pepper. Brush chicken with honey mixture and place in an oven dish.

Broil chicken for 3 – 5 minutes until golden.

Remove from oven and place chicken on a serving dish. Stir lemon juice to cooking liquid.

Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
