HOT CHOCOLATE   
  Ingredients :
    4 tablespoons cocoa powder
    Orange peel ( without white part)
    ¼ teaspoon instant coffee
    4 cups milk
    ¼ cup sugar
    ½ cup cornstarch

  Preparation:

Combine cocoa with 5 tablespoons water in a medium saucepan and heat, stirring to dissolve cocoa.

Add orange peel, instant coffee, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

Before serving remove orange peel and add cornstarch diluted in 3 tablespoons water.Bring to a boil until mixture thickens slightly. Add more sugar if necessary.

Serve immediately.
